Public sale for non-payment of storage charges at South of Town, Inc., 800 S. Poseyville Road, Midland, Michigan - Only bids on the entire units’ contents will be accepted
- Payment must be made in cash
- A deposit of $100.00 will be required and returned once everything is cleaned out of the unit within 24 hours
- Rules and Regulations information sheet will be handed out on the day of the sale
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to the auction
